At Champagne PANNIER, the 2025 harvest has just been completed, marking an essential step in the production of our future champagnes.
This year, the vines produced grapes of exceptional quality, thanks to a summer marked by a perfect balance between heat and light. The harvested bunches offer a perfect harmony between freshness and maturity, promising elegant and expressive wines.
True to our high standards, our teams picked each bunch by hand, respecting the terroir and Champagne's traditional methods. This meticulous work paves the way for the creation of a new vintage rich in character.
The first pressings already reveal beautiful aromatic intensity and remarkable freshness. Now we must let time do its work, allowing the magic of vinification and cellar ageing to transform these grapes into exceptional champagnes.
The 2025 harvest once again illustrates Maison Pannier's commitment to enhancing nature and conveying the purest expression of our terroir through each glass.
